I’m reflecting quite a bit lately about vitality.
How it’s more than just physical health.
It’s a vibrant energy that touches every area of my life.
This became clear 33 years ago when I was in jail for my drinking.
Released a few months later, I noticed the little things I’d previously overlooked.
The warmth of the sun, trees, flowers, birds, dogs, simplicity of a deep breath in a peaceful environment…
And freedom!
A whole new world appeared right before my eyes.
It was always there, but I was too busy to notice.
This experience deepened my gratitude, and I realized vitality was a gift.
It fuels our present moments and propels us into a bright future.
It’s a positive force that elevates your life.
When you prioritize your well-being and stay connected to what truly matters…
You generate a ripple effect that affects everyone.
Vitality builds a foundation for all that’s ahead of your life.
It taps into a reservoir of strength and clarity, making you resilient.
You’re prepared to navigate whatever comes your way.
Cultivate this spirit to create a life of significance and prosperity.
